I'm based in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area of Virginia and have been photographing clients and editing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop for over 18 years. I've shot and edited for any and all lighting situations - studio, on-location and outdoor settings with ambient light and strobe-lit.
Years of photographing portraits and weddings resulted in gaining expertise in beauty retouching. In recent years, I've added product photography and editing for apparel, shoes, and other small products, as well as real estate and automotive images. For newborn portrait photographers, aside from standard retouching, I also specialize in digital composites. Please note that I will only accept newborn digital composite assignments based on the quality of the original photography and composite backdrop.
I am meticulous and prefer to hand-retouch as much as possible. I will occasionally use AI for removing objects, extending backgrounds, and portrait plug-ins for more efficient facial retouching. My turnaround time depends on the level editing and number of images. I am more than happy to give a custom proposal based on your current needs, and I am also very open to an ongoing editing relationship.
